The memories that I have of you
I keep them close to my heart.
I never thought that day would come
That we would have to part.
Bored, I lose my mind

To hear them one more time!
Your laugh always made me glad
The touch of your hands holding on to mine
Our memories were never bad.
Watching over me.
When my time on Earth is up
Your face I'll get to see
My days and nights are blue
I keep wishing on that lonely star
That I could be with you
You would tell me so many stories
I remember your smile, it warmed my heart.
I know your up in Heaven
I think about you all the time.
